GUARANTEE/RETURNS POLICY

At SWEET CHEEKS your satisfaction is a priority.  All products are guaranteed for quality and workmanship.  If returning a product for refund (other than custom orders, ebay orders and sale items, which are non refundable), please contact me for a return authorization number (returns will not be processed if they are not accompanied by a return authorization number).  Just return the product in it's original packaging (return shipping is customer's responsibility...please do not return COD) in new, unused, unwashed resaleable condition within 30 days from date of purchase for refund or credit (minus the original S&H, and a 15% restocking fee to cover any fees incurred, ie. PayPal fees, packaging, processing fees, etc).  If returning only a portion of a "bundled package," the regular retail value of the items not returned with the rest of the bundled package will be deducted from the refund.  Due to health regulations, returns cannot be accepted on menstrual pads or items that have been used or laundered.

IMPORTANT

Any returns coming from outside of Canada must have "gift" listed on the customs sticker so that I’m not re-charged for duties and taxes on products that have already had these claimed going out of country.  If this is not done and a collection charge is presented, the return will be refused.

*Due to health regulations, returns cannot be accepted on menstrual pads or items that have been used or laundered.
